Using Cuthouse

You may use the free version of Cuthouse for personal and commercial work at no cost. The images you create belong to you, as far as you had the rights to the original photo. Please only edit photos you have the right to use, and respect the people in them.

Cuthouse Pro

Pro is not on sale yet. When it launches it will be a one-time purchase for one person’s own devices, and these terms will be updated with the details and the refund policy before any sale.

Results

Cut-outs are made automatically and can miss parts of the subject or leave bits of background, especially with busy backgrounds or fine detail. Check the result before you use it, and use the touch-up brush to fix it.

Your files

Cuthouse does not store your photos. Download anything you want to keep before you close the page.

No warranty

Cuthouse is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable but cannot promise it will be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.

Open-source parts

Cuthouse uses the IS-Net general-use model by Xuebin Qin et al. (Apache License 2.0), in the ONNX format published by the rembg project (MIT license), through ONNX Runtime Web (MIT license). Fonts: Bricolage Grotesque and IBM Plex (SIL Open Font License).

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of Luxembourg.
